Privacy Policy

Eleven11 AI ("we," "us," or "our") operates Roadmap PM, an AI-powered product management platform that generates intelligent build roadmaps for software development projects. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

By using Roadmap PM, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign in through a third-party provider such as Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from that provider. We do not store third-party passwords.

1.2 Project Data

When you use the roadmap generation features, we collect the project information you provide, including your product name, product description, project type, build platform selection, and any documents you upload during the onboarding process.

1.3 Generated Content

Our AI systems generate roadmap structures, feature descriptions, build prompts, subtask details, and recommendations based on your project data.

1.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the service, including browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, and interaction patterns within the application.

1.5 Roadmap Progress Data

As you execute build prompts and your roadmap updates through the status synchronization system, we store the status of each task, feature, and phase within your project.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the service, improve the quality of AI-generated content, communicate with you about service updates, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing and Third-Party Models

Roadmap PM uses artificial intelligence to generate roadmap content. We currently use Anthropic (Claude) for roadmap generation and Google (Gemini) for document analysis. Your data is transmitted securely and used solely for generating your roadmap content.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure, cloud-hosted infrastructure with row-level security policies and TLS encryption.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information or project data. We share information only with AI service providers for content generation, infrastructure providers, and when required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days.

7. Your Rights and Choices

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

Roadmap PM is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Roadmap PM, an AI-powered product management platform operated by Eleven11 AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Roadmap PM is an AI-powered development platform that generates intelligent build roadmaps for software projects, including phases, features, subtasks, build prompts, and recommendations.

2. Account Registration and Security

You must create an account to use the service. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to generate illegal or harmful content, reverse-engineer the service, scrape data, or interfere with service operations.

4. Your Content and Data

4.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights in your project information and generated content. We do not claim ownership over your content.

4.2 License to Us

You grant us a limited license to use your content solely for operating and improving the service. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

4.3 Responsibility for Your Content

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before implementation. We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability.

6. Intellectual Property

The service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Eleven11 AI.

7. Fees and Payment

Certain features may require payment. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. We may change fees upon 30 days' notice.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We will delete your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

11. Limitation of Liability

ELEVEN11 AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS OR $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eleven11 AI from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

14. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms with at least 30 days' notice of material changes.
